We make sure that essential welfare services are accessible to all students at Monash Clayton. The transition from secondary school to a major campus like Monash can be confusing and challenging, that’s why we’re here to offer support and tools to make things a little easier.
Our department runs a number of programs and events focused on student welfare, such as Free Food Mondays – a weekly event where you can get a vegan or vegetarian meal completely on us. We also run events like Welfare on Wheels – a week just prior to the exam period where we do our best to reduce your stress levels with a series of relaxing events, and Welfare Week – a week around mid-semester with fun and educational activities and events with many freebies on offer!
This year, we’re focusing on Welfare around campus with a constant stream of welfare events throughout the year, easier access to all resources around campus, in particular recreational and mental health resources for students.
Whether you are in need of welfare assistance, or want to volunteer to help with the MSA Welfare programs, we cannot wait to hear from you!
