INGREDIENTS

120g Sunflower seeds
120g Pepita seeds
50g Flaxseeds
90g Sesame Seeds
3 Tbs Psyllium Husks
400ml Water
1 tsp salt

METHOD

Step 1
Preheat oven to 160*C- fan forced

Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and leave for 15 minutes

Step 3
Flatten out the mixture with your hands onto a lined baking tray will as thin as possible

Step 4
Bake for 60 minutes or until golden and crispy, checking every so often to see one side isn't cooking more than another

Step 5
Remove from the oven and leave to cool , then break them up and top them with anything you want! Store leftovers in an airtight container.
