Program for Leadership and Career Engagement (PLACE) is an initiative to help you develop your professional and interpersonal skills that are desired by employers.

PLACE is offering you an exclusive chance to attend a FREE panel with current and past international students, who have secured part-time or full-time jobs in Melbourne. The panelists will share their personal experiences in terms of job hunting, interviews and the challenges they faced.

This panel is a platform for all students to achieve a first-hand account of what it’s like to search for a job as an international student, and to pick up a few tips and tricks to make your process easier.

Please come prepared with questions for our panelists.

A post graduate international student will also be present to talk about scholarships and job prospects in various streams, so be sure not to miss out on this chance!

The event will be held at S1 lecture theatre on the 30th of August (Wednesday, week 6) from 6:30 to 8:00 PM.

The event is free, but you must register.
