You have never experienced a party like THE PARTY.

Legend has it that before the year 18AD there was no such thing as fun. However, in that very year, the god of fun, Partimus Maximus, descended from the heavens and showed humankind how to get down and boogie in the first party ever thrown. The legends claim that Partimus would only return once every 1000 years to keep the party alive.

Therefore, MSA, The Halls, Mannix, 3 DJs, and 600 students will combine under one Partimus Maximus god to create THE PARTY. It’s the biggest, the best, the most brilliant party that Monash has ever seen. Tunes are banging, dance moves are scarily groovy and times could never get any more fun. The New York Times has rated it “4.3 Choc-tops”, while Life Magazine said, “At THE PARTY it is literally impossible not to have the best night of your life…”. Come to THE PARTY first Thursday back of semester two and experience a once in a millennia chance to party it up real good.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes, you’ll need something to show you’re 18 years or older. PLUS! We’ll also be checking MSA memberships, so if you’ve bought a member ticket make sure to bring your current MSA membership on the night!

What’s the refund policy?
Sorry everyone, no refunds, so choose wisely!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Your ticket will be emailed to you and there’s no need to print. Just make sure you have that email handy on the night, and we’ll scan you in using your phone (no cracked screens please)!

Is it okay if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
If for some reason you can’t attend on the night and a helpful friend is there to take your spot, no probs! You’ll just need to email them your ticket. Don’t forget though, if you’ve bought an MSA member ticket, they also need to be a member (and will need to prove this on the night).
