Whether you’ve been doing yoga for years, or want to try something new to stay healthy, all are welcome!
Simply register for a class and you will be sent class locations each week.
You will be emailed a reminder each week before class with the class location.
Classes will begin in Week 2 of semester, and continue until Week 10 - classes may continue after this date depending on instructor availability , they will update registered students throughout the semester.What do I need to bring to class?
You will need to bring your own Yoga mat, water bottle, and any other support equipment you may use
