Art Committee

MSA Art Committee is a group of volunteers in an annual volunteer leadership position who provide free art classes, drawing sessions, and other art and craft activities on a weekly basis to Students on the Clayton Campus. 
 
They are responsible for organising a weekly art class schedule, researching supplies and communicating with participants each week. They are also expected to promote their programs and activities on social media platforms.
 
Volunteers of the Art Committee must have a passion for arts and crafts, are organised, reliable and patient and have a flair for marketing. Communication skills are required.
 

The MSA Art Committee host:

  • Weekly Art Classes
  • Weekly Drawing Sessions
  • Annual Student Art Competition & Exhibition
  • and occasionally a Student Art Market
 
The position requires check-ins with the Volunteer Coordinator and regular communication with the Art Committee volunteers. 

 

Volunteer Rewards: 2  Rewards Points Per Hour

Hours Required: Pending Role and portfolio.

Please note that as part of the application process, an interview will take place. Please bring art and craft examples to your interview if you wish.
