Wholefoods.

Wholefoods Food & Beverage assistants are responsible for:

• Café: customer service, food preparation, coffee making and cleaning and maintenance of the café space;

• Cake cooks: baking cakes for the café and catering services;

• Kitchen: food preparation, customer service, cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen space

Wholefoods Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordination of the non-staff and volunteers
related operational tasks within the Wholefoods restaurant including but not limited to:
● Menu planning.
● Budgeting.
● Stock ordering.
● Quality control.
● Supplier negotiation.
● Stock control and regular stocktaking.
● Equipment procurement and maintenance.
● Food safety compliance. 

This position is responsible for:

• Induction of new staff and volunteers.
• Ongoing training for all staff and volunteers.
• Support and mentoring.
• Performance management and conflict resolution.
• Rostering of all staff and volunteers.
