The MSA’s Environment and Social Justice Department is passionate about organising campaigns, events, resources & actions to further students’ understanding of, and involvement in, environmental and social justice issues.

Our Plans in 2025

The ESJ department organises campaigns, events, resources and discussions to empower students’ participation in social justice and environmental issues.

 

We are passionate about championing sustainability, pushing Monash to take strong action to combat the imminent climate emergency, highlighting and combatting structural injustice, and campaigning on equity issues through advocacy and activism.

 

We look forward to collaborating with as many groups and communities on campus as possible, to make the activism space more inclusive, accessible and collaborative in our efforts to change our university, and our world, for the better.
