2026 MUISS Elections

The Monash University International Students Service Annual Elections are held once a year to elect the new Monash University International Students Service Executive Committee.

The 2026 Election is now underway to elect office-bearers. You will be able to find all election-related information here, including notices, forms and results. We will update this page regularly throughout the election process with forms and election information going up as required. Please contact the Returning Officer, whose details are below, if you have any questions that are not covered by the information on this page. This election will take place online only, and students will vote via a secure link sent to their university email address.

Polling for this election will now be held from 10am on Friday 9 October until 4pm on Wednesday 14 October 2026.

Election Notices and Timeline:

Nominations must be made using the Nomination Form link above which will be available from 10am, Tuesday 29 September. Nominations can also be submitted in scanned soft-copy electronic format to muiss.returningofficer@gmail.com before 6pm Tuesday 6 October.

Please note: nomination forms submitted via soft copy will take longer to be processed.
